Wow, the overhaul is quite impressive. Finally, your sense of presentation is catching up with your talent.

Heck no, the page title, as far as HTML is concerned, is definitely ‘Guest Book’. But just scroll up to the topmost “section” of this page and we find “Untitled” written in letter large enough to alert NGOs. Or maybe it’s your blog title that is ‘Untitled’. Either way, you know what to do…
And oh, how about giving a new theme a try? It might be easier on the eyes.
Chittz: Dude. The blog is titled “Untitled”. Been that way for a long time now. I did change the theme with the recent overhaul, but its very similar to the old one. For some reason I always seem to pick light minimalistic ones with strongly defined lines. I like the clarity and organized-ness of the whole thing.

Duh. As you wish. But ‘Untitled’ sounds very unoriginal. Was expecting something better from you. And as far as the theme goes, a dazzling white background puts lot of strain on the eyes. It is said that black text on light/pale yellow background is best. But it’s your blog, and your choice!
Chittz: Alas,the wordpress themes are a bit limited when it comes to background colours. And I’m not very fond of dark backgrounds. And since I don’t have the money to upgrade my account and play with the CSS, we’ll just have to live with this now.
As for the title of blog, well, quite honestly, I’m terrible at those things, and prefer to leave it as it is.

Well, the problem of that is, anything I say will not do justice to the complexity of the situation or the depth of the peoples’ suffering… I’ll just end up either trivializing it, or abstracting it, which in both cases would do no justice to all involved.

Yes, you have ruined this Sunday of mine. How expectantly I visited and re-visited your page for something new today, but to no avail! Your writing are a source of many good things to me, and I look forward to slow, enjoyable reads on lazy Sundays… how heartless of you!
Anyway, at least tell me that you have a story in pipeline. (No, not a poem, because I would rather have a crack at the hieroglyphs than grapple with your symbolic poems!)
Chittz: Ugh! I know! I’ve become terribly busy… I know its not much of an excuse, but 9 hours of class a day tends to be a bit draining. Shall try to keep updated!

I am planning to start a guest blogging feature on my blog wordlyties DOT wordpress DOT com. It is basically the result of a lot of conversations with people who love writing but don’t blog regularly for one reason or the other.
It will be a fortnightly theme-based feature. The only defined parameter is the theme – which is ‘City Names’ for the inaugural fortnight. Feel free to maul the theme though, cleverly, may I add.

Needless to say, there is no immediate marketing or advertising motive. Please don’t offer or expect money. I would love to hear from you on goswami DOT t at gmail DOT com. Photographs and other media welcome as long as they are of reasonable size. You can also send general constructive ramble about the idea itself by email.
